Choir Letter

 HOW DO YOU GET A VARSITY LETTER IN CHOIR?

 

One point for attending retreat (both days).

One point for teaching wenches/sword dancers/jesters.

One point for Madrigal rehearsals/performances (must be at all).

One point for Madrigal set-up and take down (must be there for both).

One point for each choir, each year.

One point for each event entered at solo/ensemble.

One point for going to state solo/ensemble contest.

One point for participation in major choir festival.

One point for 20+ voice lessons (requires letter from private teacher).

One point for 20+ piano lessons (requires letter from private teacher).

One point for 20+ instrument lessons (requires letter from teacher).

1/2 point for recruiting a choir member (who stays the whole year).

One point for participation in community/church choir (letter).

One point for attending Chorale tour.

One point for tutoring another student 20+ times.

One point for judging spring auditions (senior only).

 

Additional points may be awarded by Director for specific activity.

CHOIR EXCELLENCE PIN = 30 points
