Chorale
Chorale is an auditioned SATB chorus of students in grades 10-12 that meets daily during 3rd period. The audition process of this group is extremely vigorous, so its members are generally students with advanced musical and vocal skill, exhibiting the ability to sing harmony. The Chorale performs a large body of literature and competes in the WSMA Concert Choir event. The group travels during spring break on a MANDATORY choir tour and participates in monthly fundraisers to afford the trip. Students that cannot travel are encouraged to participate in either Rebel Men or Lorelei instead. This class can be taken as a weighted course or a Pass/Fail elective with Director permission.
